Rental Details & Policies
Our rental setups are designed to be as beautiful, seamless, and stress-free as possible. To help everything run smoothly, please review the details below before booking 🤍
Rental Timing
All rental packages include 4 hours of rental use. A separate delivery fee applies to all bookings and includes both professional setup and breakdown.
Booking Deposit
A $200 booking deposit is required to reserve your event date. This deposit goes directly toward your final party balance.
Setup Requirements
For safety, all rentals must be placed on a flat, clean, and accessible surface. Grass, turf, pavers, concrete, and indoor surfaces are all acceptable, but the area must be level and free from mud, excessive slope, holes, rocks, or uneven ground. Flatness is required for safe setup.
Please note that with outdoor soft play, it is normal for puzzle mats to lift slightly at times depending on ground conditions and play. We always do our best to ensure a secure and professional setup, but some movement is to be expected.
What’s Included
All setups include our rules sign and shoe bin. Shoes must be removed before entering the play area.
Allowed Age Range
Our setups are designed for children ages 0–5 and are intended for gentle, age-appropriate play only.
Care of Materials
We pour so much love into these pieces and kindly ask that all materials be treated with care during your rental. All inventory is professionally cleaned and sanitized after every use.
Ball Pit Restocking
A small amount of ball movement is completely expected. If more than 20 balls are missing at pickup, a $50 fee will be added to the final balance.
Weather Policy
Because many of our setups are outdoors, all outdoor bookings must have a covered or indoor backup plan in the event of inclement weather.
If rain, high winds, saturated ground, or unsafe weather conditions prevent a safe outdoor setup, we will do our best to move your rental to the backup location. If no suitable backup space is available, your rental may be rescheduled to a new available date.
Deposits are non-refundable, but may be applied to the rescheduled event date when weather prevents safe setup.
Safety is always our top priority, and final weather-related setup decisions will be made at our discretion.
